University of Nicosia Medical School

Faculty Positions

The University of Nicosia Medical School offers the following programmes of study:

(1)    The St. George’s, University of London MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)

(2)    A Doctor of Medicine (MD) 6 year undergraduate entry degree awarded by the University of Nicosia Medical School

(3)    A Postgraduate Diploma and Masters in Family Medicine degree for physicians awarded concurrently by the University of Nicosia Medical School and St. George’s, University of London.

Due to the continuous expansion of the Medical School, we are looking for highly motivated faculty members with relevant academic qualifications and teaching experience in the disciplines shown below:

·         Anatomy

·         Histology

·         Pathology

The successful candidates will actively support the current programmes as well as the expansion needs of the Medical School and will be encouraged to pursue their own independent research programmes.

Qualifications required

·         MD and/or Doctoral degree (PhD)

·         Research experience

·         Teaching experience
